Terms & Conditions
All prices will be charged at the retail price in Australian Dollars converted at either your credit card or PayPal’s prevailing exchange rate at time of purchase. Foreign currency amounts appearing on the website are for indicative purposes only.
The customer is responsible for importing goods into their country and must obey their region's custom regulations.
Shipping
We ship all our products from warehouses located in the UK, USA, the Netherlands, and Australia. Through this network, we can reach most places in the world.
Imported goods are subject to the receiving Countries Import duties and taxes, please refer to your local Government Import regulations. G8 Performance are not responsible for any of these fees and charges.
We use tracked delivery methods where available and charge a $6 USD flat rate for shipping anywhere in the world.

Please note:
- Occasionally items that are not in stock locally will be shipped from another warehouse. Should this occur we will refund the customs charges, but not any VAT.
- G8 Performance Ignite – Custom Heat Moldable Orthotic Insoles are shipped from our Australian warehouse only and may incur additional Import duties and taxes.
