Pro Series 2620 Orthotic Insoles for Lasting Performance
The 2620s Orthotic Insoles are engineered to let your feet move naturally inside the shoe - building strength instead of restricting it. Unlike rigid insoles that lock the foot in place, the 2620s encourage dynamic movement, improve balance, and support long-term foot health.
Fully customisable and adjustable as your feet strengthen, these orthotic insoles deliver both immediate comfort and lasting performance benefits.

FAQs
What is included in the G8 orthotic insole Kit?
2620 Pro Series
• 2 × 18 mm, 22 mm, 26 mm, 30 mm and 34 mm arch supports
• 2 × 2620 Pro Series base insoles
How do G8’s support my arches?
The G8 design encourages your feet to move naturally inside your shoe rather than locking them into a rigid position. This allows the intrinsic muscles on the underside of the foot to activate during movement. Over time, this may help improve foot strength and support the natural arch of the foot.
The height of the arch piece is selected based on the shape and height of the forward portion of your arch as well as comfort. As a general guideline, the arch support should make contact with the forward arch when the foot is non-weight bearing.
Can I wear G8’s in any shoe?
The G8 Performance 2620 PRO SERIES orthotic insoles may be customised to fit most enclosed footwear, including sports shoes, ski boots, work boots, hiking boots, skates, and medical or orthopaedic footwear.
They are not suitable for high-heeled shoes.
You can use the same pair of G8 orthotic insoles in different shoes (e.g., running shoes and cycling shoes), but it is best to set up the G8 insole specifically for the activity or application.
How do I fit and adjust my G8 2620 Orthotic Insoles?
Simply follow our 2620 fitting guide.
Which Sports are G8 orthotic insoles suitable for?
G8 orthotic insoles are suitable for a wide array of sports, including cycling, running, jogging, soccer or football, AFL, basketball, netball, tennis, pickleball, weightlifting, snow skiing, golf, hiking, and walking.
How long do G8 orthotic insoles last?
You will need a new insole when your arch support is no longer optimal and you have progressed to the highest arch height your foot allows. The 2620 PRO SERIES orthotic insoles should last for the life of your shoe (approximately 12–18 months).
Due to the amount of sweat produced by the feet (approximately 250 ml per foot), combined with heat and friction, the materials in your shoes and G8 insoles will gradually degrade and no longer function optimally.
There is also a hygiene factor to consider. The arch pieces are durable, but over time the spring in the arch support may reduce. Some people also wear out their shoes faster than others, which can affect the lifespan of the insoles.
The arch pieces perform best when positioned under the forward arch rather than toward the rear of the foot near the heel.
Take care of your feet and they will take care of you.
